This hotel is conveniently located in the city area, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. It also offers free airport transfers, which is a great convenience for business travelers. the rooms are clean and decently sized, with working AC and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are in good condition, with no major issues reported. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance and recommendations for sightseeing. the hotel offers free breakfast with a decent variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and pancakes.
Some guests have reported issues with the control of the air conditioners being handled from the front desk, which could be inconvenient for those who prefer to have control over their own room temperature.

The rooms surpassed our expectations, the breakfast buffet was very good, congratulations, everything was very clean, with some exceptions.
Pool, Nice and Spacious, Nothing Like The Picture That Shows in Theme of Cleaning, Water Too Cloudy, Full of All Kinds of Things, From Bugs, To Leaves, Dirty Dry Ice, Considering that it is outdoors there are things that cannot be handled at all, muddy water already speaks of little cleanliness of the water itself, we could not even use it, even though we tried to clean it a little ourselves, it was useless. They turned off the air conditioning 1 hour and 30 minutes before the end of the reservation from the lobby or from maintenance, since they never turned it on again, with the excuse that this is their procedure. bad that procedure, bad attention in the restaurant on the 21st in the afternoon, bad, long waiting time for a first attention, not even the glass of water was given to us.

location is great, near the subway and near the bus stops. shuttle service from and to the airport is one of the important points why I choose this hotel. breakfast included is also one of the important points when booking this hotel. On this visit the hotel staff was very polite and attentive to me and my family, so I felt very comfortable during my stay. rooms they offered us on this occasion were very comfortable and better than my last visit. breakfast had good taste and seasoning. restaurant at night serves some very good club sandwiches and desserts are great. In short. I had a great time this time,
price is regular although I have seen slightly cheaper options in other hotels near Calidonia. showers in the bathrooms are not well designed, shower doors don't close properly and water leaks out and floods the bathroom floor. Breakfast is not as varied as it used to be. restaurant that used to be 24 hours old is not anymore and they close at 10 pm, is a pity for me but you can understand the reason of closing early. fresh orange juice in the restaurant was very acidic, rest was very good. facilities look a little old.

location of the hotel is excellent, near the subway station and public buses pass next to the hotel. restaurant offers a good menu, quality of the staff is very good and breakfast included, my family liked it very much.
The quality of the facilities are not the best, this is my third visit to the hotel and I feel that these are in decline, for example: in this last visit my room did not have electronic lock and I had to carry card and key at the same time to access to my room, the shower of my room did not have hot water, I reported this to the reception twice and they told me that I had to wait a few minutes to warm up, I proceeded to do what was indicated but it did not work, then they told me that they would send a technician but this one did not arrive I suppose because it was Good Friday, and it is a pity that they did not make an effort to find me or offer me a different room to solve the problem of the shower. The pool wasn't bad but they could be much better.

hotel facilities are comfortable, spacious, terrace space has a beautiful view and pool. Also, location and attention of the staff in general, super friendly girls in the bathroom, receptionists, restaurant staff.. rooms are big as well as the bathroom. beds are very comfortable. I would certainly choose Costa Inn again. I was going for a walk but I also had to work and WIFI worked perfectly well. :)
The attention of the staff was very good except for the "supervisor", who was rude when he took us out of the terrace which is closed at 10:00. The hour passed and he even yelled at us, saying that if we did not understand the rules and a thousand other things. While we were picking up the things he kept shouting that he was going to close and that he was going to close and it only took us 1 minute to do it. Then we went down to the lobby where there is a smoking area with tables and we were carrying a beer, again he started shouting that we could not drink that in the hotel facilities because it had not been bought there. We had to do it in the street, while we were finishing it. At no time was it our intention to break established rules. However, there are ways of saying things and not by shouting, nor with rudeness. We paid to stay, not because he was doing us a favor but with this man it seemed we were staying at his place.

the location was convenient, close to the airport and bus station, making it easy for me to get around. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. the staff were helpful and some spoke English, which was a bonus. the hotel offered a complimentary buffet breakfast, which had a good variety of options. the rooftop pool was a nice feature, perfect for relaxing after a hot day of exploring.
There were some minor issues with the hotel. the in-house restaurant was not the best, and I had better dining experiences elsewhere in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Costa Inn. The airport shuttle service was fantastic, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The reception staff was always available and helpful. The highlight of my stay was the fabulous rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of freshly made dishes. The location was convenient for accessing taxis and exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay in Panama City.

Location was very good. There were good facilities like transportation and also tours. Breakfast was also good. I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 8 nights.
Some of the front desk agents were not very customer service minded.

Nothing really stood out to like.
Blinds in room didn't work. No shower curtain. Safty plate on bathroom wall switch missing. No washcloths. Only one hand towel. No shampoo or lotions. Was told by staff that my pensionado discount was already applied to the rate which is not true. The rate we paid is the rate online anyone could get.

There is free transport to and from the airport if you speaks Spanish. the restaurant is very good, clean and rather cheap. they try to understand english. It very in the centre if you like a manjana style hotel.
This is unfriendly hotel, just 2 people speak English, plafont in the shower leaked on the towels, room was 2x not polished, room is dirty and dirt of the leakage through the wall, The airconditioning can be set up at the reception. You just have to ask but phone is not working so you should always have to go down to the reception. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, but no one speaks English, at least they try. There is free transport to and from the airport if you speaks Spanish. No curtains at the window so you wake up at 5 hours. There is not always hot water usually in the evening one if we had not also this 2 days. Very much noise outside of cars and the work on the street by the metro line, what not to blame bthe hotel. Also the wifi in the hotel is very unstable. The swimmingpool is small and the water is not often refresshed. It very in the centre if you like a manjana style hotel.
